The company is too hard to communicate with! I received a notice for my subscription

The company is too hard to communicate with! I received a notice for my subscription. I responded "Pause my subscription". My subscription is for a bottle of 120 pills and they wanted to send more within a 1 month time. I then received a notice that my order was on the way. I, again responded right away saying "I paused this subscription". I received a couple of these notices until I then received a notice saying "its out for delivery". Why would someone want to receive a 2 month subscription every month?? I am cancelling.
