Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Revive Nutrients. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@revivenutrients.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day period.
  • Discounted or clearance items.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please email us at hello@revivenutrients.com with photos of the product and packaging for verification.
