I read some reviews/did some research before purchasing and found this brand to meet the criteria for what I wanted - variable dosing, micronized, from a reputable supplier (since supplements are not regulated, although I'm not sure what good that would do given the poor/inconsistent quality of regulated generic prescription meds). Improved overall sense of well-being.HISTORY AND EVIDENCE OF BENEFIT OF THIS PRODUCT:I'm already on HRT, using gel estrogen (massive improvement over pill form for me; brand works better than generic, but brand is $$$). Also using Intrarosa to keep things healthy in the southern regions. Am absolutely making the increased co-pay for that since it was a 1000% improvement over cream estrogen. It also has a DHEA type component.But while the HRT adjustments showed improvement, it wasn't quite enough.
